Experience
I have taught 3rd grade for six years. In my classes I have taught students ranging from kindergarten reading and math levels to seventh grade reading and math levels. If students do not understand a specific way, than I continue showing them new ways until they understand the concept and have success with it. I like working alongside students and helping them understand new concepts and skills. It is rewarding as a teacher to assist students in their learning. I like problem solving and creating new ways to teach material when the first way doesn't necessarily work.
